She's a very secretive person - much to everyone's annoyance. She's very assertive and doesn't let herself by overrun by anyone. She's very certain of herself. She worked as a waitress at a SimCity restaurant. Here she met Stephen. After only dating him for four months, Stephen asked her to marry him. Without hesitation, she said yes. She was also involved in a covert investigation regarding suspicions that Jennifer told Jason about. No-one from the family, apart from Jason, knew of her involvement with the investigation or the police. As a result of her involvement in this investigation, she too was aware that Jennifer was still alive and in a witness protection program. Her and Jason's secret meetings finally caught up with them when Stephen confronted them two days before the wedding. Refusing to tell him the truth, Louise forced Stephen's hand. He refused to accept their explanation and called the wedding off. Despite the consequences she might face from the police force, Louise told Stephen the truth about her and Jason's secret meetings, making Stephen realise that he was foolish. Louise and Stephen married on the 29th of July, 1989. She cannot continue living a double life and decide to leave the police force. To rid herself of Sam Logan (her alter ego), a plan is concocted to "kill" Sam off. In the process, she is made out to be a member of a drug syndicate the police have been after for years. She refused to join the police force under her real name (Louise Baxter). When Stephen confronted her about this decision, she hinted that she knew more than what she's leading on; that there may be more going on than what people realised. When Jason tried to force her to let Franco know that she told Stephen about her investigation into Michelle's past, she threatened to tell the police that Jason was involved with Sam Logan if he didn't stop pressuring her. She is forced to expose herself as a member of The Syndicate when Elaine Preston tried to recruit Jason for The Syndicate. Louise infiltrated the police as part of her cover. In reality, she was using her position in the police force to keep the police off The Syndicate's tracks.
