21 years old. She went to school with Jason and Stephen. She was a troublesome teenager, always in trouble with teachers. A couple of times she came close to being expelled. She has always been a risk taker, mostly with dire consequences for those involved.
After finishing school, she left home and lived on the streets. During this time she started dealing in drugs to make ends meet. Things escalated from there until she became involved in The Syndicate - and international drug organisation. Due to her lack of looking beyond the current situation, The Syndicate had to send someone to fix her mistakes on numerous occasions. After being forced to let Jason go after having revealed not only the existence of The Syndicate to him but also exposing Louise, she became a liability to The Syndicate and was eliminated on the 15th of September, 1989.
